a field of attention upon which previously unrelated pieces 

are brought into a composition, drawn into new relationship

 

at times my life appears to be a series of isolated, unrelated bits and pieces

 

in order to make sense out of the parts, I bring them together

 

my I is the glue that connects, in life and in the collage
